License & Usage Rights
Overview
This License page explains how you may use the songs, lyrics, instrumentals, vocals, stems, music videos, and other outputs you create with AISongsGenerator ("Generated Content"). It complements, and is governed by, our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Service control.
This page is a plain-language summary to help you understand your rights. It is not legal advice.

Free Plan
The Free plan is for personal testing and non-commercial use. It lets you try the tools, evaluate output quality, and create content for private, non-monetized purposes. The Free plan does not grant commercial-use rights.
Paid Plans
Commercial use is included on paid plans. While your subscription is active and in good standing, you may use Generated Content created on a paid plan in commercial projects — including videos, social content, podcasts, ads, games, and client work — subject to these terms and the Terms of Service.
Commercial-use rights apply to content you generate while on a paid plan. Downgrading or cancelling does not remove rights to content you already generated under a paid plan, but it does change what you can generate going forward.
Ownership and Exclusivity
You are responsible for how you use Generated Content. Because the service is powered by AI models, we do not guarantee that Generated Content is unique or exclusive to you. Similar prompts and settings may produce similar results for other users. We also do not guarantee that Generated Content qualifies for copyright registration, and we make no warranty that it is free of all third-party rights.
You should review your output and, where commercial stakes are high, seek independent advice before release.
Royalty-Free Music
"Royalty-free" means that, on a paid plan, you do not owe us ongoing per-use royalties for Generated Content you are licensed to use. It does not mean the content is free of copyright, guaranteed to be unique, or cleared for every possible use. Use is still subject to these terms and the Terms of Service.
Uploads, Covers, and Remixes
Some tools let you transform existing material (for example covers, remixes, reference audio, or uploaded files where supported). You may only upload, cover, remix, or transform songs, lyrics, melodies, vocals, or audio that you own or have permission to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, and you must not use the service to infringe anyone else's intellectual property.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Generated Content to:
- Impersonate a real person's voice or identity without permission.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates our Terms of Service.
- Resell or redistribute the underlying AI generation service as your own.
Attribution
Attribution to AISongsGenerator is appreciated but not required on paid plans. Free-plan content is for personal, non-commercial use and is not licensed for public commercial distribution.
Changes to This License
We may update this License page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, in our Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
