The workspace loads eligible songs from the signed-in user's AISongsGenerator generation history. Select a completed supported source and start the Vocal Remover task. Songs from another account, unfinished tasks, external files, and pasted audio links are not accepted. The task is designed around two outputs: a vocal track and an instrumental track.

Two ways to review a vocal and instrumental separation

These scenarios explain how to review a separation task. They are not embedded original, vocal, or instrumental files and do not report a processing result.

A useful demonstration needs three matched files from one authorized task: the original source, the returned vocal track, and the returned instrumental track. Compare them at a similar playback level and across more than one section. A short clean moment cannot establish the quality of the full song.

Listen for what each output retains as well as what it removes. Vocal bleed, lost transients, smeared ambience, or missing instruments may affect whether a result is useful. The page therefore treats separation as material to review, not as a guaranteed mastering, restoration, or production-grade process.

Check whether an instrumental track supports rehearsal

Select your own completed song with a clearly audible lead vocal and run Vocal Remover. Compare the original with the instrumental across the verse, chorus, and transitions; note vocal residue, missing accompaniment, timing changes, and any distracting artifacts.

Inspect the isolated vocal for phrasing and layering

Setup: use an eligible library song whose vocal role you want to study. Review plan: compare the vocal output against the original for phrasing, backing elements, ambience, and sections where instruments overlap the voice. Treat the returned track as a separation result that may need editing, not a guaranteed dry studio acapella.

Use a successful song from your own AISongsGenerator history

The current input boundary is part of the product workflow, not a temporary instruction that can be bypassed with a different file format.

Sign in and choose a completed, eligible source from your own music-generation history. If a song is still processing, failed, belongs to another account, or falls outside the supported workflow, it is not an eligible input.

The page does not accept a song stored on your computer, a pasted cloud-storage link, a streaming URL, or an arbitrary third-party recording. It also does not advertise a list of supported upload formats because no general upload interface is present. Create a source song first if your library has no eligible item.

Process only content you are authorized to use. Separating a song into two tracks does not establish ownership, grant permission for third-party lyrics or performances, or clear a result for release. Keep the original task record and review the current License and Terms before distribution.

Move from an eligible library source to a two-track listening check

Vocal separation is most useful when the task begins with a clear purpose and ends with a complete review of both outputs.

Decide whether you actually need vocals plus instrumental before spending credits. If you need drums, bass, guitar, or other supported component tracks, use the Stem Splitter workflow instead. For a two-track task, record the source song and intended use, run the separation, and inspect the returned tracks before downloading or building further work around them.

Use another request only when a new source or task is justified. An active subscription is currently required to download available audio results, and further editing may still be necessary.

Choose Vocal Remover when vocals and instrumental are enough

These tasks need two broad outputs rather than a detailed multi-stem session. Every use case assumes an eligible song from your own library and a human review of the returned audio.

A separated track can be useful even when it is not perfectly isolated, but the threshold depends on the project. Rehearsal may tolerate residue that would be distracting in a release. Detailed sampling or remix work may require additional editing, permissions, or the multi-track Stem Splitter.

Prepare a rehearsal backing track

Review the instrumental output for lead-vocal residue and missing accompaniment before using it for practice. Keep the original nearby so performers can confirm entrances, transitions, and arrangement cues.

Study vocal phrasing

Listen to the vocal output alongside the original to examine timing, section placement, and layered passages in your generated song. Do not describe the track as a guaranteed dry studio vocal.

Sketch a remix around the instrumental

Use the instrumental as exploratory material after checking artifacts and your rights to the source. A usable sketch may still require manual editing, level adjustment, or a different separation approach.

Evaluate how the arrangement supports the vocal

Compare the two returned tracks to identify where instrumentation competes with or leaves space for the vocal. Treat the result as a listening aid, not an automated mix critique.

Create a private reference for collaborators

Share separated material only with authorized collaborators and label it accurately. Confirm that the output is fit for the discussion before relying on it in a production or release plan.
